By proceeding with payment, you confirm that:

• You agree that the fee covers account creation, system use, and administrative handling

• You waive any right to request cancellation or refund except in cases required by Iraqi law

 

2. Service Access & Activation

Once your account is activated and services are made available to you:

• The transaction is considered complete

• No cancellation or reversal of payment will be accepted

• Your use of the platform confirms your full acceptance of this policy

 

3. Exceptional Cases

In very rare circumstances (e.g., technical errors, double charges), a refund may be considered.
This requires:

• A formal written request

• Review and approval by NisfThani’s management

• Compliance with local financial laws

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a defined time frame.

 

4. Account Termination by User

If you choose to delete or deactivate your account, no refund or compensation will be provided for unused time or services.

 

5. Account Termination by Platform

If your account is suspended or terminated due to policy violation, fraud, or misuse, you are not eligible for any refund.
